Terms and Conditions

1.  Promotion & Promoter

This promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by SASI Group Pty Ltd trading as Original & Mineral (ABN 45 125 823 305) of Level 2, 17 Eveleigh St, Redfern, NSW, 2016 (“O&M”), in collaboration with Molly Vie PTY LTD (ABN 89 675 213 304) of 14/2 Hawker St, Currumbin (“Molly Vie”) (together, the “Promoters”). This Promotion is conducted under SA Licence No. T26/1304 and ACT Permit No. TP 26/01690.

2.  Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australia, the United States, and all member states of the European Union, excluding Italy and Poland, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrants”). Residents of Italy and Poland are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

3.  Entry Period

The Promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026 (“Entry Period”). This single AEST cut-off applies globally to all markets (AU, EU and US); there is no separate local-midnight cut-off per market.

4.  How to Enter

To enter, during the Entry Period, Entrants must:

(a)     Follow @oandm._ and @oandm_pro, and @mollyvie.official, on Instagram;

(b)     Comment on the official Promotion post published on @oandm._ (and/or @oandm_pro), tagging their “O&M BFF” – the friend they'd share their O&M favourites with (“Entry”); and

(c)     Include one of the following market codes in their comment to indicate their prize pool: “AU”, “EU” or “US”, together with their country/location of residence (e.g. “EU – France”). Comments without a valid market code and stated location will be deemed invalid and will not be entered into the draw.

Entrants are encouraged, but not required, to share the Promotion post to their Instagram Story and tag @oandm._ and @oandm_pro for a chance to be featured. Sharing to Story is optional and has no effect on an Entrant's chances of winning.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person. Where multiple comments are submitted by the same person, only the first valid comment will be counted; additional comments do not increase an Entrant's chances of winning.

Entries that do not meet all requirements above by the end of the Entry Period will be deemed invalid and will not be considered.

5.  Prize Pool

There are thirty (30) prize packs available, allocated as ten (10) for the Australian (AU) market, ten (10) for the European Union (EU) market and ten (10) for the United States (US) market (each a “Prize”).

Each Prize consists of:

(d)     Fine Intellect Shampoo 350mL

(e)     Fine Intellect Conditioner 350mL

(f)      PS Shampoo 250mL

(g)     PS Conditioner 250mL

(h)     PS Balm 100g

(i)      PS Spray 150mL

(j)      CØR.restore Colour Lock Milk 200mL

(k)     CØR.restore Leave-in Treatment 100mL

(l)      Desert Dry 300mL

(m)    Limited Edition Molly Vie x O&M Duffle

Total approximate value per Prize: AUD $587.95 (value may vary slightly by market due to currency conversion and local retail pricing). Total approximate prize pool value: AUD $17,638.50 across all markets.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any Prize (or part of it) for a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary.

6.  Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random draw from valid comments on the Promotion post, conducted separately for each of the three (3) markets (AU, EU, US).

As soon as practicable after the Entry Period closes, the Promoters will use an independent random comment-selection tool to select ten (10) winning comments per market from all valid Entries. The draw will be recorded for audit purposes.

The draw will take place on 4 September 2026 at Level 2, 17 Eveleigh St, Redfern, NSW, 2016.

In addition to the 10 winners per market, the Promoters will draw 5 reserve winners per market using the same method, to be used in order if any selected winner is ineligible, invalid, or does not respond within the timeframe in clause 7. Reserve entrants (if any) will be advised in writing within seven (7) days of being called upon to take the place of an ineligible, invalid or non-responsive winner.

The Promoters' decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.  Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message from the official @oandm_pro account within five (5) business days of the relevant draw, requesting their details for delivery of the Prize. Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification and provide the information reasonably requested (including full name and shipping address) to claim their Prize. Winners' names will be published on the Promoters' official social media (Instagram: @oandm_pro) within 14 days of the draw (by 18 September 2026). Where a Prize is valued over $250, the winner's last name, first initial and postcode will also be published at https://originalmineral.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions within 30 days of the relevant draw (including any unclaimed prize re-draw), except where a winner has requested their details not be published, in accordance with the SA Lotteries Regulations 2021 and any other applicable state publication requirements. The same notification and publication requirements apply to any reserve winner called upon under clause 6. The full Terms and Conditions will be hosted on O&M's website.

A winner's shipping address must be consistent with the market (AU, EU or US) under which their Entry was drawn. Where a winner's shipping address does not match their declared market, the Promoters may disqualify that Entry and award the Prize to the next reserve winner drawn for that market under clause 6.

If a winner does not respond within the required timeframe, cannot be contacted, or does not meet the eligibility criteria in clause 2, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next reserve winner drawn under clause 6.

8.  Use of Entries & Publicity

By submitting an Entry, Entrants grant the Promoters a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, repost and share the Entry (including any Story shared under clause 4, with credit to the original creator where reasonably practicable) across the Promoters' owned social media and marketing channels for purposes related to this Promotion.

Winners consent to the Promoters using their name, image and social media handle for the purpose of announcing competition results, unless prohibited by law.

9.  Privacy

Personal information collected from Entrants will be used and disclosed by the Promoters for the purposes of conducting and administering this Promotion, including contacting winners and fulfilling Prizes, in

accordance with O&M's Privacy Policy (https://originalmineral.com.au/policies/privacy-policy) and Molly Vie's Privacy Policy (https://mollyvie.com.au/policies/privacy-policy).

10.  General Conditions

The Promoters reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or whose Entry is deemed to be fraudulent, unlawful, offensive, or in breach of these Terms or Instagram's own Terms of Use.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters exclude all liability (including for negligence) for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or acceptance/use of a Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Prizes are sent at the recipient's own risk. The Promoters are not responsible for Prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
